Our 3 days desert tour from marrakech You will depart after breakfast from your accommodation in Marrakech for a trip to the beautiful town of Boumalne Dades.

First, we will cross the High Atlas mountain range with its breathtaking views. But above all, you will be able to take some photos of the valleys and ancient Berber villages.

After that, you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the Tizi-N-Tichka mountain pass.

Secondly, you will arrive at the charming Kasbah of Ait-Ben-Haddou, the latter being the Glaoui familly. Besides, it’s built out of mud which makes it look old and real.

Also, some Hollywood actors gave it a part of their movies like « Marco Polo ».

You will explore it and travel to the city of Ouarzazate to visit another film studio where many other films are shot.

The driver will take you on a tour of the area before heading to the town of Skoura, known as the town of the Kasbah.

You will probably see some hidden among the tall palm trees near the river. Above all, you will cross the town of Roses on your way to the town of Boumalne Dades, which is about 40 minutes away.

When you arrive there, you will be welcomed as usual with tea. Overnight stay at the hotel.

The second day of our 3 days desert tour from marrakech to fes will begin after you have the hotel’s customary breakfast.

You will drive to the town of Tinghir to see Morocco’s highest canyons, the Todgha Gorges, an ideal place for picnics and climbing.

Not to mention that you can take a walk to explore the area and then move on to enjoy the breathtaking views.

After all, you will chart your own path toward Merzouga desert passing through Erfoud and several other villages. Once you arrive, the adventure will begin: the staff will welcome you again with a cup of mint tea to refresh you, after which your driver will take you on a camel ride into the heart of the Erg-Chebbi sand dunes.

After about an hour’s camel ride, you will arrive at our nomad camp where you can try various activities such as sandboarding.

Firstly, we will leave Merzouga desert passing by Erfoud and Errachidia. We will see the valley of Ziz, a huge source of dates in the country.

We will stop for some pictures and leave crossing the middle-Atlas mountains this time. You will enjoy the green

mountains’ views before you arrive at the city of apples or Midelt. The latter is the first producer of apples in Morocco.

We will continue through the Atlas Mountains to see the Barbary macaque monkeys and feed them before reaching Ifrane. It is also known as the Switzerland of Morocco for its sophistication.

We will have a walk to discover it.

Subsequently, we will continue to Fes where you will spend the night in a local Riad/hotel and where our 3 days desert tour from marrakech will end.
