Fez is rightfully considered the center of Moroccan style, culture and ancient Arabic science.

Of course, one day is not enough to appreciate the geographical scope and historical importance of Fez, but we will try to cover the most significant places that have influenced our lives.

In short, we start from the largest royal palace, then we will visit the Jewish quarter and climb to the observation deck (a military tower in the Portuguese style of the 16th century), which reveals a breathtaking view of the entire medina.

We will visit the Karaoun University (the first in the world and still operating), if the restoration is completed by our arrival, then the library of the same name, the Al-Attarin Madrasah, the mosque and nearby the tomb of Mulyai Idris (the founder of the city), the Museum of the Nezhzharin tree (a former caravanserai ) and of course the ancient leather tanneries.

Somewhere in the middle of the program, we will have lunch in a restaurant in a classic Andalusian style.
