Hot Air Balloon in Marrakech

Just an hour away from the legendary Jemaa el-Fna Square, your hot air balloon will fly over the beautiful countryside, giving you a stunning view of the contrast between urban and rural Morocco.

After an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Marrakech, you will travel 45 minutes out of town to the balloon launch site.

Here you will receive a full pre-flight safety briefing and watch the launch team prepare the balloon for dispatch.

Once in the air you will cover a distance of between 9 and 15 miles, depending on wind speed, flying over local villages and picturesque surroundings.

The flight will last one hour and after a gradual descent to the ground you will be taken to the village for mint tea and homemade bread in a local Berber house.

After tea and bread, you will be transferred back to Marrakech and dropped off at your hotel.
